• Build and lead a team of District Managers and Account Executives in the Northeast • Establish strong business relationships at the executive level • Support key sales presentations • Provide strategic direction to the sales team • Manage team’s performance related to KPIs • Recruit and maintain strong relationships with channel partners • Drive sales call activity • Deliver business results including annual bookings goal • Review activities and pipeline weekly • Conduct performance management of team

Requirements

• 5+ years successful second line, field sales management experience • 10+ years successful field sales experience in storage or core Information Technology infrastructure • Experience selling to IT departments and IT management • Excellent verbal communication skills • Proven track record of recruitment and associate development • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Organized, detail and process oriented • Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment • Ability to coordinate Pure Storage resources • Ability to use CRM and other online tools effectively • BA/BS required
