Description

• Research and identify potential partners that align with the company’s strategic goals. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities. • Strategize and build long-term relationships with Partners to establish a Channel Sales motion. • Prospect and enter into new partnerships that will provide new sales opportunities of EasyPost’s solutions. • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations making EasyPost the preferred solution. • Serve as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues that arise. • Maintain customer data i.e. contacts, account health, significant events, etc. in company supported CRM. • Coordinate with the sales team on referral deals, and help manage the sales process to ensure conversion. • Work with the sales team and sales leadership to forecast revenue, set targets, and develop sales strategies. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop partnership strategies and plans. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies. • Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives. • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and financial viability of partnership agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field, preferred. • 3+ years of related sales experience, specific experience selling API driven solutions is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects over phone, email, and other channels. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about prospecting approaches. • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed targets and goals. • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment. • Demonstrated success engaging and closing net new customers. • Ability to connect with C Level executives in the e-commerce space. • Successful track record of meeting and surpassing quotas. • Strong desire to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
