• Consult with companies worldwide to create staffing solutions • Promote and sell Emerge Staffing Solutions to new clients while growing existing business • Define long-term organizational strategic goals and build key customer relationships • Identify business opportunities and negotiate business deals • Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • 5+ years of experience in sales/business development in the financial services industry • Strong, verifiable track record of achieving sales goals • Effective account management strategy development with multi-phase execution and contract negotiation experience • Advanced experience with MS Office and CRM (Client Relationship Management) Systems • Strong communicator who is highly organized with strong attention to detail • Excellent time management skills and able to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment
