Description

• Manage a team of Strategic Account Executives • Responsible for delivering success for the team as a whole • Drive performance, ensuring a strong pipeline of prospective clients • Execute the GTM strategy responsible for acquiring new creators • Guide in the preparation of proposals, pitch presentations, and quotas • Report on the success and challenges of your team • Optimize revenue for the US region

Requirements

• 5+ years in sales • 3+ years in Sales Leadership/Management roles • Successful track record in Sales within the SaaS, Technology, or Ticketing industry • Complete culture match with Eventbrite (challenging, dynamic and people oriented) • Strong leadership skills: communication, influence and empathy • Experience managing and executing on metrics and quotas • A proven track record of over-performance • Analytical ability to understand and report periodical team performance to company leadership • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
