Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in advertising sales, with at least 5 years in a team leadership role. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the media industry. • Strong network of contacts within the advertising and media industry. • Experience in managing agency relations and coverage. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative sales solutions. • Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools. • Willingness to travel as needed.
