Requirements
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, and HR Services • Experience in program/project management, with a proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strategic mindset • Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering a best in class employee experience • Experience designing, implementing and scaling systems and processes in a fast paced, ambiguous environment • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making and program evaluation • Understand business needs and create compliant, efficient processes
