Description
ā¢ Analyzing HR systems to identify gaps and offer recommendations ā¢ Reviewing policies and providing recommendations related to workforce planning, analytics, recruitment, onboarding, time and attendance, and performance management ā¢ Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Training Materials ā¢ Drafting, revising, developing, and maintaining SOPs and training materials ā¢ Creating manuals, guides, job aids, and video tutorials ā¢ Ensuring SOPs and reference materials are clear and comprehensive ā¢ Reviewing and updating training materials ā¢ Providing operational support for recruitment and staffing tasks and projects ā¢ Processing personnel actions utilizing different systems ā¢ Utilizing a tracking/intake system to ensure timely processing of personnel actions ā¢ Collaborating and providing support to various teams and stakeholders ā¢ Experience with electronic storage and management of HR-related documents and materials
Requirements
ā¢ Minimum of at least 6 years of Federal HR Experience ā¢ Expertise in human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR policy development ā¢ In-depth knowledge of Federal and Agency laws and regulations related to HR operations ā¢ Strong analytical skills ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ā¢ Proficiency in managing personnel actions ā¢ Ability to collaborate and provide support ā¢ Experience with electronic storage and management of HR-related documents and materials
