• As the Sales Director at Hebbia AI, you will be at the forefront of building a best in class scalable, repeatable sales motion and team. • Lead and mentor a team of motivated sales professionals, driving the execution of our sales strategy and initiatives. • Focus on expanding our customer base, driving customer growth, and contributing to the Sales organization’s playbooks and activities. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders. • Monitor sales team performance, analyze metrics, and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
• Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role. • Track record hiring and developing Sales talent. • Experience working in high-growth startups and successfully scaling sales teams. • Experience with Financial Services and Buy Side teams. • Deep understanding of AI, technology and data analytics industries. • Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills. • Ability to inspire and motivate a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture lasting customer relationships. • Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools. • Extreme passion for learning, growth and leadership.
