• Prepare pitches, proposals, and client meeting materials, including strategic recommendations and tailored documents • Conduct research on companies, industries, and competitors for pitches and initiatives • Gather intelligence on legal industry trends and explore new opportunities • Collaborate on cross-selling initiatives and develop business development and marketing plans • Support cross-border and cross-departmental key client work and relationship development • Plan and support practice-related events, seminars, and briefings • Enhance the practice's profile through PR and communications • Maintain business development and marketing databases • Track business development activities, including meetings, presentations, and pitches • Support profile-raising efforts, including writing directory and award nominations and maintaining website content • Perform special projects as requested
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, law, or business (required) • 3+ years of experience in business development or marketing at a peer law firm (Am Law 100 preferred) • Experience supporting a Financial Restructuring practice group (required)
