• Seeking a self-motivated, highly detailed individual to join the business development team • Will grow the business by identifying and developing new opportunities across the USA
• 5+ years of business development management experience • Proven ability to scale business successfully • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) • Excellent communication skills • Background in direct sales • Background with Non-Profit organizations • Ability and willingness to travel across multiple states and locations • Experience making sales projections and forecasting revenue • Experience with CRM software • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) • Understanding of sales performance metrics • Research new market opportunities • Oversee current growth project results and make recommendations for improvements • Research and pursue new business opportunities and lead them through the sales cycle
• Base Salary $70 - $80K Plus commissions up to total $200K • Working directly with leadership and executive team • Ability to create and directly see the impact of your work directly • Expand your network to both sales and non-profit organizations • Access to health and dental benefits • Being a part of an energized and growing team
