• Lead development and execution of business strategies to expand bioprocessing portfolio • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, collaborations, and licensing agreements • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in life sciences industry • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of business objectives • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies • Represent the company at industry conferences and events to enhance market presence
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 5 years experience in business development, sales, or marketing in biotechnology or life sciences industry • Proven track record in revenue growth and expanding market share • Strong understanding of upstream and downstream bioprocessing technologies • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to travel as needed
