• Conduct thorough market research to identify and target potential leads within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries. • Utilize various lead generation techniques including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms to generate and qualify leads. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to support sales efforts. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies. • Utilize CRM software to track lead activity and manage communication with prospects. • Provide reports and updates on lead generation activities, metrics such as conversion rates and pipeline growth. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotech industry. • Proven track record of success in identifying and qualifying leads in a B2B environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools. • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field preferred.
