• Metropolis is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships (Marketplace) to build and sustain meaningful relationships within the mobility ecosystem • This role will focus on creating value for Metropolis members and real estate clients while driving outstanding business results for both Metropolis and our corporate partners • The ideal candidate will have the ability to think strategically while executing effectively • They will possess strong interpersonal skills to enhance partnership value through relationship development, negotiations, and contract management
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required, 8+ years of relevant experience at a fast-paced company • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with partners • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Results-oriented mindset • Exceptional communication and negotiations skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams for complex programs • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner
