Description

• Manage and grow financial investments of clients in an assigned geographic region • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with clients • Coordinate with Sales team on account planning activities • Identify opportunities for upselling additional products and/or professional services • Act as a liaison between primary client contacts and Modern Campus staff • Conduct Annual Solution Usage Reviews with key client stakeholders • Stay informed about industry trends and product capabilities • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline • Minimum of five years of account management experience managing and developing deep client relationships with all key stakeholders • Experience in writing and executing account and territory plans to achieve annual quota • Experience utilizing a sales methodology to manage renewals and grow client investments
