🔄 Hybrid – Manhattan
• Lead and continuously improve the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly and quickly. • Manage the offboarding process, ensuring compliance and a respectful exit experience. • Develop and maintain onboarding materials, and coordinate with teams to ensure readiness for new employees. • Act as a key HR contact for employees, addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace culture. • Maintain and update the HR knowledge base to ensure all employees have access to accurate and up-to-date information. • Lead the management of our PEO relationship, overseeing time and attendance, benefits administration, and payroll to ensure accuracy and efficiency. • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the People Team. • Partner with the Head of People Partnerships to implement new systems and technologies that support the organization’s growth. • Lead or support HR-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet organizational objectives.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in HR within a high-growth startup, with a strong background in People Operations. • Proven experience in managing HR systems, with a plus for implementing new systems or processes.
