• 15+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, HR Technology, and People Operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Deep expertise in designing and managing global compensation and benefits programs. • Strong understanding of equity compensation and executive compensation practices. • Proven track record of implementing and optimizing HR technologies and tools. • Experience leading People Operations teams and driving operational excellence. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform strategy and decision-making. • Excellent project management and change management skills. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. • Global mindset with experience working across multiple countries and cultures.
