• Provides overall non-clinical management of a group of patients • Receives and coordinates home care and staffing referrals • Assigns qualified personnel competent to work cases • Supports Branch recruitment efforts to include hiring adequate field staff • Ensures compliance with licensure and credentialing requirements • Counsels field employees involving violation of non-clinical matters • Initiates complaint and service failure reporting and investigation • Exemplifies awesome company standards.

Requirements

• At least one year of training or experience in a service-related industry • At least one year of experience in home care and / or healthcare staffing with commercial insurance and private pay experience preferred. • Experience should emphasize problem solving skills in a patient care setting.
