Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). • Extensive experience in technical talent acquisition, ideally within blockchain, decentralized technology, or related industries. • Deep understanding of blockchain, decentralized networks, and related technologies. • Strong networking abilities and a track record of successful talent spotting and attraction. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate Openmesh's vision effectively.
