Description
• Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with fintech companies • Stay abreast of industry trends and technology innovation • Maximize partnerships to address business needs • Engage with competitors to find value in collaboration • Work with banks, card networks, and other fintech providers • Ideally have experience on a card network partnership team or closed many partnerships in the financial industry
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in fintech, banking, or related fields • Strong understanding of trends and technology innovations in financial services • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Proven track record of managing and developing partnerships • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong network of contacts • Can-do attitude, bold vision, resilience, and executive presence
