• Join us on our journey to transform pet care and improve the health and happiness of pets, pet parents, and veterinary caregivers. • As a reflection of our planned growth, we are very pleased to offer a new opportunity to join our incredible team as a Sr. Financial Analyst. • This will be a key position as we strive to become a world-class finance organization and work to be a value-creating, customer-focused partner in driving business results. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Finance, FP&A, you will make an impact on the company's trajectory, and drive alignment between functions with a dive deep into analytics, reporting, and modeling that is critical to the company's success. • Produce reports and analyses that integrate both operational metrics and financial results to understand granular trends at each of our veterinary practices • Collaborate on monthly and quarterly business performance reports shared internally and externally • Contribute to quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range financial planning • Support new business initiatives, transforming new concepts and complexities into Excel models and analyses to understand financial implications and ROI • Enforce data integrity, accuracy, and governance in financial and management reporting • Identify and lead initiatives to continually improve, automate, and scale reporting and forecasting tools, processes, and methodologies • Facilitate month-end close by analyzing and reconciling data sets.

Requirements

• BA/BS in, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a similar degree • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), investment banking, consulting, or a related function • Advanced MS Excel skills • Ability to find appropriate data, create analyses, and review reports while ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Highly proactive and analytical with strong attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment • Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously • You love animals and have a passion for improving the pet care experience • 1+ years experience in the Veterinary or Human medicine industry • Experience in SQL and Business Intelligence tools
