• Team Leadership • Actively participate in the recruitment process by interviewing, and onboarding new BDR team members. • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of BDR in the US office to surpass their goals. • Drive the development and execution of outbound prospecting initiatives. • Performance Management • Monitor, evaluate, and report on individual and team performance against KPIs. • Provide regular feedback and collaborate with sales leadership to define and refine the sales process. • Lead Generation • Oversee and contribute to the identification and qualification of new business opportunities. • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with outbound prospecting efforts. • Represent the company at relevant industry events to build brand awareness and generate new business leads. • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Collaborate closely with our Paris HQ to make sure best practices are shared (marketing, sales, and customer success teams). • Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
• You are experienced in B2B Sales in a fast-paced environment • You are result-oriented & strive to surpass team objectives • You have an experience as manager/coach/mentor and know how to help people progress • A self-starter who’s solution-oriented, strategic, and thoughtful about their work • Passionate about working in a scale-up where you can make your mark • A joy to work with
