Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers at all tiers from nano to macro, ensuring alignment with our brand values. • Manage all aspects of influencer collaborations, including coordination with agencies, direct interactions, logistical support, and content approval. • Serve as the expert on the brand, advising and helping to strategize and develop content briefs for influencers. • Work closely with our amplification team to ensure strategic promotion of core content enhances brand visibility and drives sales. • Review and approve influencer content before release, schedule posts, and handle reporting metrics. • Monitor and manage usage rights and expiration dates for all content. • Develop and nurture a digital community of consumers and influencers to boost engagement, drive purchases, and increase subscription rates. • Foster a safe, positive, and supportive online environment, and ensure accurate and compliant communication about our products. • Manage social media interactions with creativity and efficiency, ensuring responsiveness and helpfulness to grow our accounts and strengthen community ties. • Work closely with our scientific advisory board to stay informed about product benefits and claims, ensuring accurate and compliant community communications. • Employ creative tactics to entertain, inform, and motivate our audience, keeping engagement high and consistent.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in social media management, community engagement, and influencer relations. • Aptitude to use technology, automation, and AI to develop and maintain community engagement. • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas that resonate with our target audience. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment and flexible enough to pivot strategies as needed. • Experience in the vitamins, supplements, or skincare industry is highly desirable. Supporting high-profile celebrity brands is a plus. • Strong understanding of consumer shopping trends and the ability to respond to market changes quickly and effectively. • Thorough knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices with a strong ability to engage and grow online communities.
