• The Sales Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring sales goals are consistently met and service standards are executed according to company guidelines • Acts as a leader and role model to all Sales Associates • Ensures a service centric floor environment at all times • Expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures • Completes management level operational tasks as needed
• Display best-in-class customer service techniques, clienteling standards and sales interactions • Ensure all staff on duty are following the same standards • Meet store and metric goals • Ability to grow and manage clientele
• Sales Supervisors are eligible to participate in the rag & bone Commissions Program and Incentive programs • Base pay ranges from $24.00 - $24.50 hourly • Total compensation includes additional components like benefits and rewards for retail employees
