Description

•Supplementing the sales team by answering client inquiries in a timely, effective manner. •Scheduling sales appointments and logging appointments in E-leads. Taking note of any special client requests. •Promote current sales programs to clients. •Field phone and internet inquiries. •Work closely with sales representatives. •Conducting follow-up calls.

Requirements

•Previous automotive BDC or Call Center experience required. •Previous customer service experience & strong phone skills required. •Trainable in various computer systems. •Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills. •Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability. •Professional personal appearance. •Weekend and AM availability required
