• Lead engagements across largest accounts, aligning with executives on challenges and goals. • Advocate for key clients, combining strategic guidance, technical aptitude, and business acumen. • Run workshops and develop use cases for challenging personas. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve solutions and address business problems. • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives through creating content like whitepapers and articles. • Research use cases in emerging industries to expand reach and customer base.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. • Basic Python, SQL and/or prior experience with technical implementations is preferred. • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, solutions engineering at a venture based startup or top industry AI group. • Solid understanding of technical engagement principles with excellent communication skills. • Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships in an enterprise environment. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. • Experience working with CRM systems and customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce). • Experience with first level technical triage while knowing when to bring in the right stakeholders.
