• In-Home Consultations: Conduct in-home appointments with potential customers to understand their needs, showcase our products, and provide tailored solutions • Product Knowledge: Become an expert on Renewal by Andersen products, understanding their features, benefits, and unique selling points • Sales Process Management: Navigate the sales process efficiently. Ensuring a seamless customer experience through timely follow-ups and proactive engagement • Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, demonstrating a commitment to quality and service • Target Achievement: Demonstrate a drive and commitment for top results by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, operations, installation and customer service departments to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach • Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all sales-related paperwork and documentation, including sales orders, contracts, and customer records • Pricing Compliance: Maintain a steadfast commitment to authorized pricing practices and discount approvals to cultivate trust with customers and preserve the integrity of the sales process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred • Proven 3+ years experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry • Capability to navigate various applications on an iPad and knowledge of window and door replacement products is a plus • A valid driver’s license and ability to travel and reliable transportation • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly to diverse audiences • A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to understand and address customer needs, motivated and driven by results • An appreciation for high-end, energy efficient products and strong organizational and time management skills • Proactively seek opportunities for business development and growth • Efficiently prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences • Flexibility to adjust sales strategies accordingly • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
