Description

• You will serve as the key point person and internal + external client lead on the execution of multi-faceted branded entertainment campaigns and partnerships • Manage timelines, client deliverables, client updates, status meetings, and all matters relating to the campaigns you’re leading - you’re the glue! • Assist on post-campaign reporting, helping to compile all of the data from social platforms and distilling into a digestible format • Prepare material for and lead client kick off calls, clearly articulating the workflow and process of our campaign execution • Assist where and when applicable to client pitches, helping contribute to decks and idea + strategy generation • Tap your social media and talent acumen to help IF7 remain at the forefront of culture

Requirements

• You have strong project management skills and are able to juggle several unrelated assignments at once • You are detail oriented, highly organized and meticulous in carrying out work responsibilities and documenting them appropriately • You’re as comfortable in Excel as you are in Keynote/Canva/Powerpoint
