• Although we’re proud of our history, we’re even more excited about the future. • We want to create a world-class culture that attracts, develops, engages and retains the nation’s elite talent. • To do this, we’re looking for a Client Sales Director. • Do you want to lead a team of high-performing Client Account Executives within our commercial business segment at a fast growing tech company? • Do you want to play a huge part in Salesloft’s continued YoY record-breaking sales growth? • Salesloft is on the search for our next Inside Sales Director to coach our growing Sales Executive team to quota and booking targets. • You will lead, develop and manage one of our Account Executive teams. • You will work closely with Marketing, Sales Development, Sales Operations and Product teams (as well as other business units) to be accountable for delivering against budgeted revenue and KPI goals. • You will be responsible for leading the efforts to drive productivity and efficiency improvement for your team through innovation, new technologies, skill set training and process improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of client specific sales experience or leadership experience with top talent managing complex deals to close with a track record of driving upsell/cross-sell revenue from a current customer base to achieve revenue targets. • 2-3 years of advanced level client sales specific deal strategy experience to help CAEs navigate the most complex and critical deal cycles to close. • Proven track record of working with sellers to drive revenue within high growth account segment and win critical deals. • Experience managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue/quota attainment. • Experience working with top tier talent and executing strategies to drive motivation and delivery with individuals at the highest career level. • Expert level business acumen. • Experience maintaining accurate forecasting data and business modeling for senior leadership. • Experience in building and motivating sales teams, growing pipeline, and hitting revenue targets. • Demonstrated ability to plan daily and weekly activities for an inside sales team, monitor performance, and measure results. • Develop individualized coaching and development plans for each CAE to ensure they have a path to hit their weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs and goals. • Conduct weekly 1:1s with each team member focusing on skill-improvement. • Conduct weekly forecast reviews with each team member focusing on deal management, staging and path to close. • Develop weekly team meeting content that focuses on closing most common overall team skill gaps, builds team culture and drives momentum and motivation. • Highly driven, proactive individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency and a belief in Salesloft’s mission. You go beyond relationship management. • Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful. • Demonstrated experience as a team-building leader, capable of rallying support from both direct and indirect staff to drive shared positive results. • Preferred experience with Sales Engagement Technology.
