• Building strong relationships with clients • Developing account management strategies • Coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions • Identifying opportunities to grow accounts • Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters • Forecasting revenues for accounts • Negotiating contracts and closing agreements • Developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university • Minimum 5 years technology sales experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to travel overnight 1-2 days per month • Current valid driver’s license • Experience with Power BI • Understanding of Managed IT Services • Understanding of Cybersecurity • Understanding of Managed Print Services
