Description

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients as an Account Manager • Manage and exceed client expectations by responding to inquiries and delivering expert advice • Lead client relationships by holding meetings and managing service-level agreements • Address non-routine client inquiries and issues using problem-solving skills

Requirements

• 3-5 years of client service, account management, or related experience in the financial or benefits services industry • Ability to obtain Section 125 Cafeteria Plan certification within one year of hire • Ability to communicate with clients to problem-solve and to create a positive experience • Ability to work independently with limited supervision • Ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical and industry experience
