• Lead and Scale: You’ll lead a growing team of marketers across various disciplines, including paid marketing, organic growth, lifecycle marketing, SEO, and website optimization. Your leadership will be crucial to meet our ambitious growth targets. • Strategize and Execute: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive sustainable, scalable growth. You’ll prioritize initiatives that maximize impact and align with Amaze’s broader business goals. • Global Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that not only drives growth in existing markets but also supports our global expansion initiatives. You’ll identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities in new markets, ensuring that our growth strategies are adaptable and scalable across different regions. • Innovate and Experiment: Lead your team in continuous experimentation, leveraging data-driven insights. You’ll drive innovation in how we acquire, engage, and retain users, always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. • SEO Excellence: Lead efforts to optimize our organic search presence, ensuring that SEO strategies are deeply integrated into our growth marketing efforts. You’ll oversee the development and execution of advanced SEO tactics, driving significant traffic and visibility for Amaze and Amaze solutions. • Leverage Growth Loops: Design and implement growth loops that create self-sustaining cycles of user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization. You’ll ensure that our growth strategies are not just one-time wins but create long-term, compounding growth. • Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with product, marketing, finance, and other key stakeholders to align growth marketing efforts with broader business goals. You’ll play a pivotal role in cross-functional initiatives, ensuring that our marketing strategies drive value across the entire user journey. • Measure and Optimize: Implement robust measurement frameworks to track performance across all channels, with a particular focus on global scalability. You’ll ensure that every campaign is measured against clear objectives and optimized for success in diverse markets, driving continuous improvement in our marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Proven Leadership: You have 8+ years experience in a data-driven marketing role and 3+ years of experience leading and scaling growth marketing teams, particularly in high-growth, global environments. You’re skilled at building and mentoring teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and autonomy. You’re a teacher. You love to share your knowledge widely to increase the IQ of our entire team. • Global Expansion Expertise: You have a strong track record of driving growth in global markets, with a deep understanding of the nuances of expanding into new regions. You’re adept at developing strategies that resonate across diverse markets and cultures. • Expertise in SEO and Growth Loops: You have a deep understanding of SEO and growth loops, with proven success in leveraging these strategies to drive significant, sustainable growth. You’re skilled at integrating these tactics into broader growth marketing strategies that scale globally. • Strategic Vision: You’re a strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of growth marketing, from paid and organic channels to lifecycle marketing and website optimization. You know how to effectively use the different marketing levers that deliver real impact and align with both local and global business goals. • Data-Driven Decision Maker: You’re proficient in using data to inform strategies, optimize performance, and drive growth. You have a history of leveraging advanced analytics to guide decision-making and achieve measurable results, particularly in a global context. • Innovative and Results-Oriented: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can experiment, take risks, and challenge the status quo.
