Description
• WeCare at Foltsbrook is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide nursing care. • Assist in ensuring the general health and well-being of our residents by providing nursing care. • Provide nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician to residents.
Requirements
• Conduct thorough assessments of each patient’s medical status upon admissions and throughout the course of treatment. • Provide regular patient status updates. • Assist in implementing patient’s treatment plan under direction of the Registered Nurse. • Complete required documentation in an accurate and timely manner. • Supervise, administer and or assist with medications. • Provide direct care of residents as necessary. • Follow the plan of care for each resident. • Ensure the residents care standards are maintained. • Report to the Director of Nursing.
