Description

•Reporting directly to the VP, People, this role will be based in our NYC Office •Support key stakeholders in our NY HQ as well as our remote and international teams •Serve as a critical bridge between your stakeholders (leaders, people managers), the rest of the People Team (both US and International), and other functions •Drive the effective alignment, design, and implementation of people-related initiatives for the business •Drive the talent management outcomes which will help RepeatMD achieve its goals as a high-performing business and as an employer of choice.

Requirements

•Min. 5-8 years relevant HR Business Partnering experience (or mix of HRBP and similar experience in other disciplines like rewards, people analytics, performance management and talent management). This experience should preferably have been within a large Tech or E-Commerce company, ideally supporting Tech functions in some form •Proven track record in independently planning, developing and implementing various People projects (i.e. performance management, employee engagement, Talent management, change mgt) across the entire employee lifecycle •Strong understanding of the US employment environment and HR practices is a must, as you will act as SME for the team. •Strong problem-solving skills to identify challenges and provide innovative solutions that align with clients' goals. •Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, client needs, and product offerings in the dynamic SaaS landscape. •Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support.
