• Senior HRBP experience in a fast-paced and global environment. • Change management and culture assessment experience. • Project management experience extremely helpful. • Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels and geographies. • Coaching skills and experience with leaders at all levels. • Data driven, detail-oriented, savvy with metrics and analytics. • Experience managing sensitive employee relations matters with diplomacy and neutrality.
