Description

• As an HRBP Specialist, provide support in employee relations and performance management. • Drive strategic projects and execute HR day-to-day requirements. • Build partnerships and manage employee relations issues. • Educate managers on performance management and oversee HR processes. • Collaborate across HR functions to align with DEIA objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on policy management and compliance • Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion • Practical experience and knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements at the federal, state, and local levels • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills; and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects from end to end • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a high-volume and deadline-driven environment • Proven analytic and quantitative skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience in managing and developing HR initiatives and special projects • New York City residence is required within 180 days of hire
