Description

• Contact SugarCRM’s customers to engage and grow existing accounts • Drive and close add-on product sales, upsells and cross-sells to existing customers • Prospect, develop, and close prospects for SugarCRM’s suite of products and service packages • Provide post-sales account management to ensure successful adoption and usage • Coordinate and work with extended team members • Work closely with Customer Success Managers and Support teams to support customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 5+ years of on-quota, B2B sales experience • Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets • On demand/SaaS experience a plus • Ability to understand CRM technology and successfully communicate it to our customers • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills • Strong time management skills, organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience in highly competitive markets • Self-starter and ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
