Description

• Build trusted relationships with internal resources, external partners, & client account teams • Leverage industry knowledge to align Superblocks' value to customers’ business and technical problems • Conduct discovery meetings to document business requirements during the sales cycle • Work hands-on to deliver customized solution demonstrations and best practices • Guide customers in digital transformation and cloud adoption • Provide ongoing, post-sales, technical guidance to the customer's technical team • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing

Requirements

• Someone who can showcase how our platform provides value to our customers & prospects. • Someone who can convey customer requirements to internal engineering/product/leadership teams. • Someone who has either actively developed software OR has a prior background working with engineers in a technical capacity. • Someone who will remain up to date & knowledgeable on changes of our technology & the technology landscape as a whole. • Someone who can provide in-person technical demonstrations; whether that be at trade shows OR directly to potential customers.
