Description

• The Regional Account Executives at SwagUp are eyes and ears on the ground, acquiring and expanding relationships with top customers throughout New York and New Jersey • They help build the foundation of an Outside Sales Program that will be replicated across the nation • Regional AEs play a crucial role in empowering meaningful connections for organizations worldwide by simplifying branded merchandise management • They help customers realize the full potential of branded merchandise in their organizations by developing deep relationships rooted in trust. • Best AEs act more as consultants than sales people, deeply understanding customer's business to uncover problems aligned with solutions provided by SwagUp • Successful candidates must strive for 100% customer retention, prospect within existing accounts, and new key accounts • They must also coordinate with multiple SwagUp team members to meet customer needs and give leverage while developing a strong reputation in the community

Requirements

• Demonstrable track record of building and expanding B2B accounts • Experience selling swag/branded merchandise • Top 10% performer in previous outside sales orgs • History of winning in competitive settings, such as college sports • Endless curiosity for business, startups, and selling • A natural sense for creativity and design • An insatiable desire to reach their full potential • The hunger and ability to source pipeline when needed, even if it means walking into random offices • Experience with Salesforce and rigor for data integrity
