Description

• Technology and Executive Support Technician supporting Tubi employees • Direct support of C-Level Executives and support staff • Involves resolving desktop hardware, software, mobile, audio/visual, and networking issues • Plan and execute equipment installations, imaging, upgrades, and replacements • White glove support during onboarding and offboarding • Support for special events and meetings • Manage and prioritize support requests efficiently • Stay updated with latest technologies and security best practices • Train employees on current and new technologies • Liaison between Tubi and third-party vendors • Provide after-hours and weekend support as needed

Requirements

• Formal education preferred in a technical discipline • Minimum 5 years experience in Help Desk/Desktop Support environment • Excellent customer service manner • Strong technical knowledge and advanced-level troubleshooting skills • Flexibility to work varying hours • Detail-oriented for thorough and consistent tasks • Experience with enterprise technologies like G-suite, Okta, Slack, etc. • Good understanding of networks in a corporate environment • Experience supporting multiple platforms: Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android • Knowledge of IOT, automation systems, networking, AV, infosec best practices • Ability to prioritize and/or escalate multiple requests • Ability to lift moderate to heavy objects • Excellent interpersonal skills
