Description
• Fully onsite Business Development Associate role • First point of contact to clients in sales department • Gather leads, conduct cold calls, and schedule appointments • Engage small-to-medium-sized business owners • Follow up with potential clients for business opportunities • Manage business pipeline and develop payment strategies • Meet and exceed required sales targets
Requirements
• Authorized to work in the US at the time of hire • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin-Chinese • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or related field • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required • Strong communication skills, critical thinking, detail-oriented, and analytical abilities • Ability to confidently connect with potential clients over the phone • Drive to develop negotiation and sales skills
