Description
• As an HR Business Partner, support the Senior Manager in driving HR initiatives. • Provide day-to-day HR support to restaurant managers and team members. • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and ensuring fair application of policies. • Partner with Senior Manager on HR challenges unique to the QSR industry. • Collaborate with recruitment to support hiring process, ensuring smooth onboarding. • Assist in implementation of leadership development programs and career path initiatives. • Contribute to efforts to retain top talent by supporting employee development strategies. • Promote a positive work culture and provide guidance on HR policies and communication. • Ensure HR practices comply with regulations and assist in administration of HR operations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a HRBP role, preferably within the QSR, food and beverage, hospitality, or retail industry • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements relevant to the QSR industry • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity and change
