Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (or the equivalent) is required • Two years of related technical support experience in Azure • Technically savvy with strong project management skills • Experience troubleshooting issues and achieving solutions • The ability to explain a technical solution in a non-technical format • Certifications: AZ-900, AZ-305, AZ-500 (Nice to have)
