Description

• Serve as a strategic partner to Apptegy’s leadership, leveraging insights to shape and drive the strategic people agenda. Engages in high-level strategic discussions to align people strategies with long-term business goals. • Support the design and execution of an entirely new talent strategy, focusing on developing, and retaining top talent to meet current and future business needs. Develops innovative talent management practices that align with the organization's vision and objectives. • Partner with leadership to provide strategic direction around organizational design and development initiatives that drive the organizational effectiveness of different teams. • Serve as the single point of contact for senior leaders within Apptegy and work collaboratively with the broader People Team to ensure the effective fulfillment of business needs and the overall effectiveness of the HR function. • Utilizes data and trends to inform guidance to business leadership and measure success and inform strategic people initiatives. • Support the build, design, and execution of Apptegy’s talent management and succession planning, organization design, change management, compensation plan design, and performance management processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources or HR Business Partner experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required, Master's Degree in Human Resources preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Thrives in a fast-paced environment; and ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities. • Results-oriented, energetic, and resourceful, with a strong service orientation and positive can-do approach. Fully committed to the job and to delivering outstanding work. • Strong consulting skills with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders to get things accomplished within a matrixed organization
