Description

• Responsible for building and nurturing relationships with various ecosystem stakeholders (partners, builders, DAO members, wallets, blockchain developers, exchanges) in order to supercharge growth • Familiarity with market book liquidity, general market-making business • Identify opportunities for collaboration with existing or new partners • Assist with business development initiatives in collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Corporate Development, Product, Engineering, and Legal • Maintain accountability and deliver successful outcomes with measurable results • Identify emerging industry trends and leverage information to inform strategy

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in business management/sales/account management industry • 1-2 years of experience in the crypto industry (DeFi experience is a strong plus) • Strong, proven interest in CeFi and DeFi space, and analytical and curious mindset on the latest market trends and industry news • Fast learner and quick adopter of new technologies • Demonstrates a sense of high responsibility and welcomes the opportunity to take command of a task and see it through to completion • Knowing general market making is a big plus • Must be fluent in English; Understanding Chinese/Korean/Spanish is a big plus • Must be able to work in the NYC office
