Description

• Serve as a dedicated technical point of contact for key clients • Understand customer needs and provide ongoing configuration of client installations • Address any technical issues and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in technical account management, technical support, or a related field • Strong technical background with experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript, JSON, and RestAPIs • Investment management or SaaS industry experience is highly beneficial • Previous experience using browser-based web apps
