â˘Lead full cycle recruiting for technical positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. â˘Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with business objectives. â˘Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality. â˘Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
â˘3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high volume environment. â˘Demonstrated success in building pipelines and developing top of funnel strategy. â˘Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, teammates, and stakeholders at all levels. â˘Humble and team-oriented, prioritizing collective success over individual. Values collaboration and diverse perspectives to achieve common goals. â˘Takes initiative, persists in the face of setbacks, and continuously strives for excellence in all endeavors. â˘Experienced in working with common recruiting tools and systems such as Ashby, and are able to leverage them to increase your productivity. â˘You understand and use metrics to inform your hiring tactics and strategies and help hiring managers to do the same.
