Description

• Constrafor is looking for a motivated Account Executive. • Responsible for driving sales of Early Pay Program to contractors. • Establish and enhance relationships with contractors. • Navigate contractors through credit eligibility and application process. • Encourage best practices in sales development.

Requirements

• 4+ years of direct sales experience. • Optimistic with a strong urge to win. • Ability to prospect and hunt for new business. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, and ability to scale with the organization. • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect at all levels, both internally and externally. • Attention to detail and ability to operate in the weeds without losing sight of the big picture. • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to take initiatives and thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous context with limited direction or oversight. • Exposure to the construction industry is a plus. • Experience selling a financial product is a plus.

Benefits
