Description

• Identify and target Automotive Dealers that have enrolled in Special Campaigns to expand Constellation's customer base • Proactively reach out to enrolled clients through phone calls and emails to schedule meetings, review performance, and convert to paid customers • Conduct engaging and informative meetings with prospects to present Constellation's marketing compliance solution and showcase its value • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations tailored to the Automotive sector • Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new customers • Continuously follow up with prospects to build relationships and move them through the sales pipeline • Track and report on sales activities and progress, using CRM tools to manage opportunities and forecasts • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' offerings to identify new business opportunities • Achieve and exceed sales targets for meetings booked and percentage of enrolled clients converted to paid

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business development or sales in the Automotive industry • High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth • Strong understanding of the Automotive market and dealer operations • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving results • Familiarity with CRM systems for managing sales activities and pipelines
