Description

• Drive growth in client census for all Forge Health clinical programs across designated clinics in New York. • Collaborate with payers, health systems, provider groups, and other strategic partners to expand access to care through collaborative care and referral relationships. • Serve as the primary liaison between Forge Health and its partners to ensure all ongoing needs are met, maintaining a strong focus on the client experience. • Partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy and Development to create and execute growth strategies within existing communities and develop market entry strategies for new communities. • Regularly assess the effectiveness of business development initiatives against market dynamics and adjust strategies as needed. • Represent Forge Health at conferences, trade shows, and community events to build awareness and foster partnerships. • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. • Utilize CRM and EMR systems in coordination with Clinical Teams to ensure accurate documentation and adhere to legal requirements. • Provide leadership, training, and support to team of Outreach Coordinators to achieve market and clinic goals. • Ensure compliance with all job-specific responsibilities, organizational policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent • Minimum of three (3) years of job-related experience with existing accounts • Working knowledge of health care environments, clinical terminology, and health information systems • Must have a valid state license and access to a vehicle
