Description

• Collaborate on Foursquare's people strategy including talent management, assessment, and performance, compensation, training, and culture initiatives • Partner with senior leaders and employees across all levels in Sales, Go-To-Market, Marketing, and Finance to cultivate and communicate a company culture that encourages employee participation • Consult with managers to create a comprehensive, long term people plan for your client groups, using expertise in organizational design, talent mapping, and succession planning to drive that strategy • Coach managers to develop strong skills around building teams, managing performance, growing top talent, managing in an equitable and inclusive manner, and facilitating open communication and feedback • Drive adoption of Foursquare’s People processes across the organization and geographies, specifically around performance management and employee engagement • Build trust with employees across all layers of your teams in order to be an effective listener, coach and consultant of people issues, while providing feedback to executives concerning morale, motivation and risks • Proactively identify root issues using quantitative and qualitative data (trends in employee engagement, attrition, and retention) and build sustainable resolution and long-term solutions and recommendations • Partner with the recruiting team to ensure we are attracting a diverse, highly skilled workforce • Develop and implement practices and programs across all areas (compensation, benefits, policies, and perks) that retain and develop the best possible talent in the marketplace.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, Master’s degree is a plus • 7+ years experience as a business partner including building and implementing HR policies and programs • Successful past partnerships with GTM and Sales teams is a must • Experience working in a start-up environment or in the technology space • Proven experience in organizational development, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and employment law and compliance • Strong ability to relate well to others, listen effectively, coach and build rapport with a diverse workforce across multiple locations • Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to design and implement people strategy that drives business results • Ability to use data to drive strategic business decisions and develop action plans • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills • Your own unique talents!
